Edit UI - WYSIWYG - Paste text with formatting

Enable paste to preserve formatting.

Enable paste to preserve / correctly parse headings, lists, bold/italic and links.

This is usually desired, but there are cases where you want to prevent users from doing this as they can accidentally make the content look very strange if they don't know what they are doing.
