LightSpeed - OutputCache Partials

The LightSpeed Output Cache is a highly intelligent system to cache and re-use generated HTML. It can speed up the page generation time by 50 to 95% while at the same time reducing CPU load. 

This extends LightSpeed to also allow partial views to be cached separately. This is useful for situations where the main Razor may be used in various combinations, but various partials will result in identical HTML, so it could be cached.
