Reuse Content Type Fields Definitions and Configuration (WIP v18)

Reuse field definitions across multiple Content Types.

Create many content-types with some or all of the same fields.

This is similar to the concept of inheriting Content Types.

But it's more flexible, since it uses composition over inheritence.
